The onus was on me to come up with a simple enough project, which ultimately was inspired by an article I read several years ago about one of Google’s management approaches: employees were asked to list their objectives at the start of every week and report at the end of the week which of their objectives have been obtained. وتقع المسؤولية على لي لوضع بسيط المشروع ، الذي هو في نهاية المطاف من وحي قرأت مقالا قبل عدة سنوات عن واحدة من صور للنهج الادارة : وطلب الى موظفي قائمة اهدافها في بداية كل اسبوع والتقرير في نهاية الاسبوع والتي من أهدافها قد تم الحصول عليها. I’m not a fan of task management, listing and tracking to-dos can take more time than getting them done. انا لست مروحه وادارة المهام ، والقوائم وتتبع ل- دوس ويمكن ان تتخذ مزيدا من الوقت للوصول الى من لهم القيام به. The big challenge I have from a management perspective is keeping all my objectives or in my sights, the tasks required to complete the higher level goals seem to follow easily as long as I can keep focused on the goal. التحدي الكبير لدى الادارة من منظور حفظ جميع الاهداف او في بلادي بلادي المزارات ، والمهام المطلوبة لانجاز الاهداف ويبدو ان المستوى العالي لمتابعة بسهولة طالما انني يمكن ان تبقى مركزة على الهدف. You don’t become a great goal scorer by looking at the puck, thinking about stick handling or ball dribbling. انت لا تصبح هدفا كبيرا من خلال النظر الى هداف في كرة الصولجان ، والتفكير في التعامل مع العصا او الكرة التقطير. Great players keep their head up and keep their eyes on where the puck or the ball needs to go. إبقاء اللاعبين كبيرة الرأس وابقاء عيونهم على كرة الصولجان حيث الكره أو يحتاج الى الذهاب.

Aren’t you a little short for a goaltender? ليست لكم قليلا قصيرة لgoaltender؟
Perhaps the sports analogy isn’t perfect but I’m going to run with it. ربما الرياضي القياس ليست كاملة ولكنها انا ذاهب لتشغيل معها. The application is codenamed “goaltender” shortened to GoalR (www.goalr.net) because all the other domains were taken. الطلب codenamed "goaltender" اختصار لgoalr (www.goalr.net) ، لان جميع ميادين اخرى قد اتخذت. GoalR e-mails you at the start of the week asking you what your objectives for week are, the goals in question. Goalr رسائل البريد الالكتروني لكم في بداية الاسبوع حسابك يطلب منك ما هي اهداف الاسبوع ، اهداف في هذه المساله. At the end of the week you are prompted to indicate which goals you managed to “score,” or worse yet admit defeat. في نهاية الاسبوع مطالبتك للاشارة الى الاهداف التي كنت تمكنت من "الدرجة" ، او الاسوأ من قبول الهزيمة. We are looking to allow the user to score. ونحن نتطلع للسماح للمستخدم الخصوص. If we have time we will introduce the concept of teams and rosters, allow team members to track, encourage even heckle their fellows in pursuit of their goals. اذا كان لدينا الوقت وسوف نعرض لمفهوم فرق والقوائم ، والسماح لاعضاء الفريق في مسارها ، بل وتشجيع heckle على الزملاء في السعي الى تحقيق اهدافها. Our objective, “goal” if you will, is to build a working goal management application (not another task manager!). هدفنا "هدف" اذا صح التعبير ، هو بناء الهدف تطبيق ادارة العمل (وليس آخر مدير المهمة!). It needs to be functional and useful by the end of this weekend, despite attending Steph’s 30th birthday party tonight. ولا بد من المفيد والفنية وبحلول نهاية عطلة نهاية هذا الاسبوع ، على الرغم من حضور steph 's30th الليلة عيد ميلاد الحزب.
