“Comprehension follows perception” "الفهم يلي تصور"

They have really clued me in to the importance of presentation in making information come alive. انها حقا لي في clued الى أهمية العرض في جعل المعلومات تأتي على قيد الحياة. It also emphasized the absurdity that throughout my science education, lots of emphasis was put on converting data into information but very little on making that information accessible! وشددت ايضا على انه سخافه بلدى فى جميع انحاء العلم والتعليم ، والكثير من وجرى التركيز على تحويل البيانات إلى معلومات قليلة جدا ولكن على جعل تلك المعلومات يمكن الوصول اليها! The more I think about it the more absurd that seems, especially since I find infographical visualization seems to lead to insights that aren’t apparent from looking at tables, charts and formulae. كلما أفكر في انه من السخف ان اكثر ما يبدو ، لا سيما وان أجد infographical التصور يبدو ان تؤدي الى الافكار التي لا يتضح من النظر في الجداول والرسوم البيانيه والمعادلات. Point being, these guys are on to something. النقطه ، هذه ايها الرجال الى شيء. The title quote (by Phillip K. Dick, famous for writing the book that Bladerunner was based on) came to mind as appropriate. اقتبس عنوان (من قبل فيليب ك ديك ، لكتابه الشهير ان الكتاب يستند الى bladerunner) يأتي الى الذهن حسب الاقتضاء.
I forget how I came across a fascinating music video the other day on YouTube by an artist I have never heard of: كيف لي ان انسى صادف فيديو موسيقي راءعه اخرى في اليوم على YouTube من قبل فنان لم أسمع أبدا عن : Royksopp . What grabbed me was the combination of their music and animated infographics. أمسك لي ما هو مزيج من الموسيقى والرسوم المتحركه infographics. So of course I thought it might be of interest to the infosthetics folks, who as it turns out promptly posted about it وبطبيعة الحال حتى رأيت انه قد يكون من مصلحة infosthetics الى الناس ، من حيث انه يتبين على الفور نشر عنه here هنا .
