I انا agree vehemently with Alistair اتفق بشدة مع اليستير that folks who spent time decrying the lack of general quality in the blogosphere or on Flickr or the internet in general are missing the point. ان قضى فترة من اهل تشجب عدم وجود نوعية في العام Blogosphere او فليك ار او على شبكة الأنترنت في العام فى عداد المفقودين النقطه. Average quality doesn’t matter. متوسط الجوده لا يهم. Who cares if my free stock photo site has mostly crap on it, the question is whether I can get enough contributors willing to make peanuts upload enough content that a tiny portion of the material outshines a traditional stock photo site whose focus is quality and high prices. من يكترث اذا بلادي حرة صور الموقع في اغلب الاحوال على انها فضلات ، والسؤال هو ما اذا كان بوسعي ان أحصل على ما يكفي من المساهمين على استعداد لتقديم ما يكفي من الفول السوداني لتحميل المحتويات التي ضءيله على جزء من المواد التقليديه يتألق صور الموقع التي تركز على الجوده وارتفاع الاسعار . And whether the search functionality powerful enough to sort through the crap and find the stuff you want. وعما اذا كانت وظيفة البحث من القوة ما يكفي لفرز الفضلات من خلال ايجاد والأشياء التي تريدها. For natural selection to occur, two requirements are essential: لالانتقاء الطبيعي ان يحدث ، وهما احتياجات اساسية :

1. There must be heritable variation for some trait. ويجب ان يكون هناك اختلاف الورثه بالنسبة لبعض السمات. Examples: beak size, color pattern, thickness of skin, fleetness. امثلة : منقار الحجم واللون والطراز ، وسمك الجلد والسرعه.
2. There must be differential survival and reproduction associated with the possession of that trait. ويجب ان يكون هناك فرق والبقاء والتكاثر المرتبطه بحيازة تلك السمات.

Creating, filtering, enhancing, commenting, editorializing. خلق ، والترشيح ، وتعزيز ، وتعليقا ، كتابة افتتاحية. Selection is a powerful process if it has the tools of variation, remixing, and rapid generation and I suspect we will be as amazed at what emerges from this process as we are about the evolution of the eye. اختيار يعد مصدرا قويا لعملية إذا كانت لديها أدوات التغيير ، والتعديل ، وسرعة توليد واعتقد اننا سنكون كما دهشتها ما ينبثق من هذه العملية ونحن على وشك تطور العين.

So if you’re complaining about the lack of quality on the internet, you’re really complaining about not bring very good at finding what you’re looking for, haven’t been able to find any editors or meta-editors you like, or much less likely, you are feeling left out because all of the content producers and editors have different values than you. حتى اذا كنت تشكو من عدم وجوده على شبكة الانترنت ، انت تشكو من عدم تحقيق جيدة جدا في ايجاد ما تبحث عنه ، لم تتمكن من العثور على اي من المحررين أو ميتا - هل تريد أن المحررين ، او اقل بكثير على الارجح ، انت تركت الشعور بها لأن كل من المحتوى والمنتجين والمحررين قيم مختلفة من أنت.

At which point its probably up to you to generate the quality content which you are bemoaning the lack of in the first place. وعند هذه النقطه وربما يصل الى دورته لكم لتوليد نوعية المحتوى الذي انت التحسر عدم وجود في المقام الأول.

Is anyone else vaguely annoyed by هو مبهم في ازعاج اي شخص آخر من قبل Flickr’s attempted patenting of “interestingness” فلكر محاولة للتسجيل براءات الاختراع في "الامتاع" let alone the use of that word? ناهيك عن استخدام تلك الكلمه؟
