Nudecybot asks a ninja about network neutrality

Wow its been awhile and I have far more to write about than ever before. I’m going to start with something that lots of people have been wondering about lately “what’s the issue network neutrality.” C’mon don’t deny it! I will make it easy on myself and especially on you by deferring the question to a ninja. Thankfully I didn’t have to ask him myself, the question had already been posed and the poser, doubtless, slain:
